Being pregnant asks a lot of your body: a heavy back, swollen legs, a restless mind. Our prenatal massage is adapted to every phase of pregnancy, with special positions and gentle oil free of essential oils that aren't suitable during pregnancy. We only work on safe areas and avoid all marma and pressure points that can trigger contractions.

From which week can I come?
We recommend after the first trimester (from week 14). For specific medical situations we first consult with your midwife.
What position do I lie in?
On your side with cushions for support. Never flat on your belly.
Can I do this until birth?
Up to and including week 37 without any issues, after that we discuss case by case.
