Cupping Massage
Massage with Cups
In a cupping massage we place soft silicone cups on the skin that gently lift the tissue through suction. Where a regular massage presses the tissue down, cupping does exactly the opposite — releasing stuck muscle and connective tissue layers and drawing fresh blood into the area. We combine gliding cup movements with classic massage techniques, mainly on the back, shoulders and neck. Effective for stubborn tension that's hard to reach with regular massage.
What this treatment gives you
- Releases stuck muscle and connective tissue
- Stimulates circulation and waste drainage
- Relieves stubborn tension in back and shoulders
- Improves mobility of skin and muscles
Frequently asked questions
Will I get those round marks?
You might, especially in areas that held a lot of tension. The marks are harmless and usually fade within a few days to a week.
Does cupping hurt?
You'll feel a pulling, warm sensation — intense but not painful. We always adjust the suction to what feels right for you.
When should I not book this?
Cupping isn't suitable if you have fragile skin, use blood thinners or are pregnant. In doubt? Mention it when booking and we'll advise you.
