Recovery & Performance
A sports massage is a firm, targeted massage for anyone who uses their body intensively — from runners to strength athletes to people with physically demanding jobs. We work through the muscle groups you load the most: legs, back, shoulders. Firm kneading and friction techniques keep muscles supple, speed up recovery after exertion and help spot small hardenings before they turn into an injury.
What this treatment gives you
- Speeds up muscle recovery after training
- Keeps muscles supple and resilient
- Helps prevent injuries
- Reduces stiffness and muscle soreness
- Detects hardenings early
Frequently asked questions
What's the difference with Deep Tissue?
Deep Tissue targets chronic tension and knots, often in one specific spot. Sports massage is broader: working through whole muscle groups with recovery and injury prevention in mind.
Do I need to be an athlete?
No. If you have a physical job or simply an active life, a sports massage benefits you too.
Can I come just before a competition?
Plan a firm sports massage at least 48 hours before a competition or heavy training so your muscles have time to recover.
